What we will be handling here is gear, the list will include a few blue drops, crafted gear, heroic and normal epics and badge gear. We will not be covering Emblem of Triumph gear since you should know by yourself what to do with them when you have enough to buy something. Items are listed from worst to best.
This guide will only include Leather gear, for some slots there is better cloth items and if you are really interested check the Mage gear guide. AN EXCEPTION will be made for any slot where there isn’t any real leather choices.

- Gaze of the Somber Keeper ToC normal, farm them.

Neck
- Necklace of Taldaram Old Kingdom HC, best of the blue.
- Symbol of Redemption yes it drops in ToC HC, no you don’t want it.
- Titanium Spellshock Necklace Jewelcrafting, not to bad.
- Encircling Burnished Gold Chains Emblem of Heroism.
- Brilliant Hailstone Amulet normal ToC takes the prize here, farm it.
- Evoker’s Charm Emblems of Conquest.
Shoulders
- Silent Spectator Shoulderpads Utgarde Pinnacle HC, if it’s blue it’s this.
- Mantle of Gnarled Overgrowth ToC normal, farm until your fingers fall of.
- Mantle of the Lost Vanquisher Emblem of Valor, wins by a hair and only worth it if you’re going all out on your pre-raid gearing.

- Deathchill Cloak so you dislike Occulus? BoE tailor cloak to the rescue!
